FLV Video Player Pro is designed as a local-first Windows desktop app. This policy separates app behavior from normal website hosting behavior.

Files you choose

The app reads only media, subtitle, session, and folder paths that you explicitly open or drop into the window. Playback, inspection, screenshots, markers, and reports are processed on this Windows PC. The app does not upload your files.

Local app data

Recent file paths, resume positions, and interface preferences may be stored in the app’s local Windows data folder so the requested convenience features work. Review sessions and exported reports are saved only where you choose.

No app telemetry or accounts

The app has no account system, advertising SDK, analytics service, crash-upload service, cloud library, or background network sync. Bundled playback and inspection libraries run locally.

Your controls

Clear recent history and saved resume positions from the app. Uninstalling removes the app-managed local data according to Windows behavior. Files, screenshots, sessions, and reports saved outside app data remain under your control.

This support website

When you visit this website, its hosting and delivery providers may process routine connection data such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and timestamp to deliver and secure the site. This website does not provide accounts, advertising, or intentionally set analytics cookies.

Third-party runtime components

The packaged app includes LibVLC/LibVLCSharp for local media playback and may include MediaInfo for local technical metadata. These components operate inside the app’s local workflow. Their license notices ship with the app.
