Support
FLV Video Player Pro works locally and requires no account. Start with the steps below; if the issue remains, send the non-content diagnostics report to support.
Confirm the file is a local .flv or .f4v file and is not still downloading. The Health Card distinguishes a wrong extension, invalid signature, and truncated structure. Try a local drive if the file is on a network share.
Older FLV files may have no keyframe index or may end mid-tag. The app disables unsupported seeking and labels best-effort navigation instead of pretending the timeline is exact.
Open Tracks and Health to check the detected codecs and stream count. Some unusual or damaged legacy codecs may not decode even when the FLV container itself is readable.
Use Add subtitle during playback. SRT, ASS, SSA, and WebVTT support depends on the bundled playback engine and the subtitle file encoding.

Include the app version, Windows version, what you clicked, and the exported diagnostics report. The report describes structure and codecs; it does not include video frames. Do not attach the source video unless you intentionally choose to share it.
Stop playback, close the file, then reopen it. This recreates the local decoder session.
Use the queue menu to clear recent items and saved resume positions from local app data.
The app never edits the selected media file. Reports and screenshots are written only to a location you choose.
